What is a shared kitchen?

A shared kitchen is a commercial space where multiple food producers can prepare their products safely and efficiently.

Who can use the kitchen?

Our kitchen is available for special food producers, caterers, and individuals needing commercial kitchen space for their culinary projects.

What equipment is available?

We provide a variety of kitchen equipment including ovens, kettles, stoves, mixers, and refrigeration units to support diverse food production needs.

How to book the kitchen?

You can book the kitchen through The Food Corridor website once you are a member. All time is booked in half hour increments. The kitchen is available 24/7 for use!

Are there any membership fees?

Yes, there is a $250 Annual membership fee and a $100 month Kitchen fee. We offer hourly rates based on a 12, 6, 4, or 1 month commitment to use the kitchen.

What safety measures are in place?

We prioritize safety with regular inspections, sanitation protocols, and equipment training for all kitchen users.
